Espace Sherbrooke: Upon entering Espace Sherbrooke, guests are welcomed into an unforgettable dramatic setting complete with flowing curtains, hidden ambient LED panel lighting, giant chandeliers and a showcase bar. From above, a beautiful mezzanine looks out onto the grand 3500 square foot venue with its impressive 25 foot high cathedral ceiling.
Espace Terrace St-Denis: At 4500 square feet, Espace Terrace St-Denis has seating capacity for over 250 people. Guests can relax and enjoy a drink in a uniquely designed, glamorous lounge area located in one of the room’s two soaring mezzanines.
Espace Ballroom: Those looking for a more intimate business setting can try Espace Cormier’s Ballroom. With a capacity for up to 100 guests, can be converted and customized with audio-visual technology and create an executive boardroom that provides an ideal setting for high-level confidential meetings, all-day business retreats or press conferences.
The building is historical, built in 1920 by Montreal’s preeminent architect, Ernest Cormier, the building is one of the city’s enduring Art Deco landmarks.
